Ugly stone and wood frame DUPLEX that had a significant fire. I have had people look at it and believe it can be saved. It does have an order to demo hearing coming up but if someone could stabilize and make some improvements, I have had good luck getting the county to work with us on removing the demo order. My company owns this home and could work out seller financing and possibly work in some of the rehab costs as long as the buyer has reasonable down payment and equity built into the rehab. There is a $225k recent sale in the neighborhood and a new $245k listing indicating values in the $200's are possible after rehab.
